FEES AND PAYMENTS
HOW MUCH DO CLASSES COST?
Our fee system is based on an hourly fee, or structured package prices. At FDPA we try to keep package prices to a minimum to encourage students to participate in more hours, with the simple theory being the more hours a student repeats a skill the better the skill will become.
WHAT IS THE FEE POLICY AT FDPA?
All fees are non-refundable. Holidays, school camps and short term illnesses are not refundable. Please speak to Administration if your child has serious extended illnesses and we will discuss your options and work through this with you. Payment Plans are available but must be established by week 1 of each Term.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS CLASS?
Please inform reception or your teacher as soon as you know your child will be away. Each week at FDPA is a milestone and missed classes are very difficult to catch up on especially for Elite Performance Team students. FDPA encourage Excellence in attendance, helping prepare students for the adult race against the clock. There is no refund for missed classes. Any classes missed can be made up by attending another class on the timetable if you choose. Please speak to staff to arrange this though, as some classes won't be appropriate for your child.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer the following payment options: Cash, Eftpos, Mastercard / Visa, Direct Transfer or Ezypay. Please chat to our team at reception to organise this.

Saturday 9.00AM - 2.00PM
WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE COVER?
Your annual Registration Fee helps cover the costs incurred with setting up your child's profile, public liability Insurances & APRA/AMCOS. A portion is used to cover mail outs, paper invoicing, information notices, and notices to help families stay connected and the account management of student enrolments all now fall under this registration fee.

HOW DO I KEEP UP TO DATE WITH INFORMATION?
Over the past 12 months FDPA has worked to better our systems of communication. To ensure families are always updated we utilise our email system and Private Faceboook Groups relating to each child's age groups and particular class. Upon registering your child to Flashdance please join our Facebook Groups and check your emails regularly to maintain informed.

We do also provide families with a comprehensive yearly Calendar for your year ahead, which you can download from our Key Dates. Not all entries on this calendar apply to all students, so please check with Administration if you are unsure.
